This place was mind-blowing! The hotel was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were jaw-droppingly kind and friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous and healthy, and the location was perfect for both work and sightseeing. It's only 15 mins from the airport and close to the metro. Plus, the spa and fitness area were wow-worthy, with excellent amenities and a great massage therapist. The restaurant served delicious food, and the whole experience was top-notch. Highly recommended for a super stay in Sofia!

I used to stay a Marriott hotels until now. The Hoiliday Inn, Sofia was an outstanding Hotel, I will continue to stay at Holiday Inns from now on, I want to thank the staff at Hoilday Inn, Sofia for there outstanding service. Best hotel I have stayed at in years.

Internet connection is very expensive. I would expect it for free in a hotel that targets business people.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options to choose from. The hotel was located near a metro station, which was convenient for exploring the city. The gym and swimming pool were clean and well-maintained, adding value to the stay.

The room was quite small and cramped, especially for the price paid. The staff were not very accommodating and seemed disinterested in providing good service to guests.

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza in Sofia. The hotel is located in a business park with excellent public transport links to all major tourist sites. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, especially Ekaterina who made me feel truly welcome. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities like a gym and swimming pool. Despite being located outside the city center, it is convenient for business travelers and the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Sofia for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern and located in a business area, but the surroundings were beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and a serene pond filled with turtles. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The hotel is conveniently situated near the subway, allowing us to easily explore the city. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus for us as we had to drive out east of Sofia multiple times. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel's location right on the business park - it was quiet, away from the busy city center but still accessible to transportation. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast was delicious.
